Job summary
Bottleless Nation seeks a Service Technician/Installer for the Denver area to install, troubleshoot, service, and repair bottleless water coolers and ice machines in client environments. The role requires a self-directed, detail-oriented professional with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
Qualifications
- Accredited high school diploma, business or trade school or GED required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Computer skills, including using MS Office and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Professionally greet and interact with business customers.
- Explain the functionality of the water and ice systems and answer questions.
- Complete service routes in an efficient manner.
- Communicate with supervisor and team members.
- Complete necessary paperwork.
- Perform work in accordance with safety procedures and proper use of equipment.
- Assist with installation and servicing of bottleless systems as needed.
