Job summary

Bottleless Nation is seeking a Service Technician / Installer for the Houston area. The role covers installation, troubleshooting, service and repair of bottleless water coolers and ice machines in client environments. You must be self-directed with excellent customer service skills.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and strong diagnostic abilities. Experience with commercial beverage systems is preferred.

Qualifications

Accredited high school diploma or GED or trade school.
Valid driver's license with clean record required.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
Computer skills including MS Office and Excel.
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work independently.

Responsibilities

Greet and interact professionally with business customers.
Install, troubleshoot, service and repair bottleless water/ice systems.
Explain system functionality and answer customer questions.
Complete service routes efficiently and document work.
Coordinate with supervisor and team while following safety procedures.
Maintain accurate paperwork and records.
