Cold Jet LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our US team, based in Loveland, OH. The role is field-based and customer-facing, requiring travel to client sites for installation, maintenance and service work.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a technical field or equivalent on-the-job training.
• 5+ years field service experience with electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Experience with integrated equipment controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and equipment with preventive maintenance.
• Diagnoses problems by observing equipment in operation.
• Dismantles machines and replaces defective parts.
• Maintains inventories and orders parts as needed.
• Trains production workers on routine preventive maintenance.
• Produces maintenance reports and analyzes trends.
• Maintains safe, clean work environment and adheres to regulations.
