Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician II for the Northern Minnesota region. You will install, service, and repair ATM and self-checkout equipment across assigned sites, with emphasis on prompt, customer-focused solutions.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, technical curiosity, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients. Training is provided, and full-time benefits apply, with travel as needed within territory.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with travel, lifting up to 50 lbs, and rotating/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in a helpful, professional manner focused on resolution.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies, health and safety standards, and timekeeping.
