Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is hiring a Field Service Technician II to support patient utilization readiness across a range of rental and customer-owned medical products.

You will clean, disinfect, perform function checks, and complete repairs to ensure reliable operation in hospital and service settings. The role involves on-call availability (including weekends/holidays), driving to customer sites, and direct customer contact to maintain service levels and patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and driving record.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Willingness to perform on-call, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on assigned products.
• Repair malfunctioning components using the appropriate tools.
• Provide on-call coverage, up to 24/7.
• Load/unload and move medical products up to 1680 pounds.
• Operate box truck or company vehicle safely.
• Generate service revenue and complete service contract activities.
