Qualifikationen

• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve in the field.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using mobile devices (iPad/tablet) for documentation and scheduling.
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Job Description

Simi Valley, CA (Serving San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara county)

Milgard Windows and Doors, part of the MITER Brands family, is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team based in Simi Valley, CA.

This role services a regional territory offering a strong opportunity to connect with customers across the Central Coast. In this position, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair window and door products while delivering a high-quality service experience.

Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00a.m- 2:45p.m plus overtime)
• Compensation: $26.78/hour (depending on experience)
• Location: 355 E. Easy St., Simi Valley, CA
