Job summary

SPATCO Energy Solutions is seeking a field technician to service and repair fueling and charging equipment. The role involves outdoor work, local travel, and occasional lifting and climbing as you support installations and maintenance across various customer sites in Texas.

You will diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure customer satisfaction through clear explanations of technical issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid State Issued Driver’s License and good driving record.
• At least 2+ years’ experience troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining gasoline dispensing units.
• Hold valid dispenser certification(s).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair gasoline dispensing units (Gilbarco, Dresser Wayne, Gasboy, Bennett).
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic POS systems (VeriFone, Gilbarco, NCR).
• Install, program and test new petroleum equipment.
• Analyze electrical and mechanical problems and provide repairs as required.
• Perform scheduled repairs and preventative maintenance to fueling systems.
• Communicate with customers and explain technical issues in a non-technical manner.
