Job summary

Majors Management- MAPCO is seeking a Field Service Technician I to provide on-site maintenance for retail locations, install, troubleshoot, and service fuel equipment and facilities during travel. The role requires quick response to repairs and the ability to work unsupervised while coordinating with the maintenance team.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or trade training, 1+ year in maintenance or related field, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Trade school training is a plus.
• Experience or education in maintenance is desirable.
• Knowledge of fuel equipment or POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain convenient store facilities and equipment in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform basic fuel equipment maintenance and troubleshooting (Gilbarco/Wayne dispensers).
• Handle minor electrical work, lighting, and plumbing tasks.
• Manage work orders, inventory, and vehicle upkeep, including tool and part tracking.
• Communicate daily with supervisor and maintenance support center; respond to emergencies.
• Transfer equipment between warehouses and stores as needed.
