Job summary

Arnold Machinery is seeking a Field Service Technician (Material Handling) to join our Casper team. You will travel to customer sites to repair forklifts and other equipment, perform maintenance, and diagnose issues using wiring diagrams and service manuals.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a good driving record, solid English communication, and the ability to read schematics. Tools required: own tools and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and service manuals.
• Must provide own tools and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate and repair forklifts and material handling equipment at customer sites.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and service manuals.
• Perform periodic maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Use multimeter and laptop for diagnostics.
• Maintain safe working environment and punctual attendance.
• Provide clear written and verbal communication with customers and colleagues.
