Job summary

Arnold Machinery is seeking a Field Service Technician (Material Handling) in Tucson. You will inspect, repair, and maintain forklifts and related equipment at customer sites, using electrical diagnostic tools and service manuals.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driving record, and strong English communication. You must bring your own tools and commit to punctual, safe service with support from Arnold’s training programs.

Qualifications

• Requires good driving record and ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Must be able to read wiring diagrams and service manuals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to repair forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Perform periodic maintenance and diagnose issues.
• Read work tickets and service books; document actions in systems.
• Capable of using a multimeter and laptop for diagnostics.
• Continue education offered by Arnold Machinery and vendors.
• Must have own tools and arrive on time.
