Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with MS Office programs preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate office machines (fax, copier, computer).

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to repair forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Communicate service details and resolutions with customers and dispatchers.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and service manuals.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on forklifts and related equipment.
• Use a multimeter and laptop; bring own tools.
