Job summary

Complete Fence is seeking a Service Technician to support repairs, warranty work, maintenance, and installations for fencing, gates, and gate operator systems. This hands-on role requires problem-solving in varied field conditions and delivering high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on repair experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new equipment and installation methods.
• Detail-oriented with focus on field reporting.
• Ability to work independently after training.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, warranty work, punch list, and new installations for fencing, gates, and gate operator systems.
• Identify and correct quality issues, including items that are not level, square, aligned, or functioning properly.
• Diagnose field problems, determine practical solutions, and provide accurate repair recommendations for proposal development.
• Travel to customer sites as required, including occasional out-of-town assignments and potential future data center projects.
• Support year-round service operations, including emergency repairs and seasonal maintenance issues.
• Assist with fabrication and welding activities when service demand is lower.
• Coordinate effectively with the Service Coordinator and leadership regarding scheduling, jobsite conditions, and material needs.
