Position Summary

Scientific Games is hiring field service professionals. No lottery industry experience required. The role involves speaking to customers and addressing their lottery machine service needs, including break‑fix, installation, and maintenance. You will help resolve equipment and communication concerns, perform new installations, conduct preventative maintenance, and make service recommendations.

Job Duties

• Perform client‑site servicing, repair, survey and/or installation of company product(s).
• Provide field support for system hardware and software, mechanical devices, equipment, and networking.
• Offer technical support for operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment.
• Serve as customer contact for technical and service‑related problems.
• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures using established procedures.
• Determine the most cost‑effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime.
• Report product failure trends and service ability issues for analysis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of and experience with troubleshooting computer software and hardware technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements

Regularly sit, stand, walk, bend, use hands, operate a computer, and use vision for close and distance vision tasks; lift and move up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally; use Personal Protective Equipment when working in the field, production, or warehouse.

Work Conditions

Employees must meet regulatory and contractual requirements, may be required to obtain gaming licenses, undergo background investigations, and meet other standards as dictated by law and contracts.
