A Field Service Technician is a client‑site facing technician who services lottery retail locations. They perform client‑site servicing, repair, installation, and relocation of company equipment and supplies ranging from communication hardware to point of sale and vending equipment. The Technician also provides training and preventive maintenance to customers on all equipment aspects.
Education
Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
Skills & Knowledge
The role requires regular sitting, standing, walking, bending, hand use, computer operation, and vision for close and distant tasks. Employees must frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds, and if working in the field or warehouse, must use approved Personal Protective Equipment.
Employees may need to obtain gaming or other licences, undergo background investigations, or meet regulatory or contractual standards. Background checks are required for all hires.
