Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Services and Systems division seeks a Field Service Representative based in the Jackson, MS area. The role involves installing, testing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical switchgear at industrial sites.

Travel up to 25% with a company vehicle and full support for training and career growth. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with 2 years of electrical/mechanical experience (or trade school with 5+ years), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years electrical or mechanical industry experience, or trade school completion with 5+ years servicing electrical distribution or control systems
• Must be able to work in the US without corporate sponsorship now or in the future
• No relocation offered; candidates within 50-mile radius considered; active-duty military exempt from area limitation
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; 1+ year field service experience; Electrical/General Contractor’s license; PE license; NICET/NETA certification
