Jimco Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a full-time Compactor Maintenance Technician/Truck Leader to service supermarket facilities across northern Georgia, northern Alabama, Tennessee and Kentucky.

This hands-on, field-based role requires a single-person crew mindset and strong mechanical aptitude for preventive maintenance and repairs. The position involves operating a dedicated service truck, coordinating with the corporate office, and traveling to assigned locations within the Southeast,

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with preventive maintenance experience.
• Able to troubleshoot issues and perform field repairs.
• Comfortable outdoors in varying weather; strong reliability.
• Valid driver’s license with clean 5-year MVR.
• Willing to travel within a multi-state territory.
• Capable of recording time and work orders accurately.
• Understand safety regulations and DOT requirements.
• Strong organization and independent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a single-person crew servicing grocery locations.
• Maintain and repair sandwich/compactor equipment and related systems.
• Manage service truck, route planning, and time reporting.
• Coordinate with corporate office for reactive work orders.
