Job summary

E Weinberg Supply Co. Inc. is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to service commercial laundry equipment in the St. Louis Park, MN area.

This hands-on role will keep customers' operations running smoothly through troubleshooting, maintenance, and timely repairs. You will read wiring diagrams, work with electrical and mechanical systems, and travel to customer sites throughout MN and nearby states. A valid driver's license, strong customer communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Experience servicing commercial or industrial laundry equipment, HVAC, or related mechanical/electrical systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including 120V/240V systems.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical service manuals.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for travel to customer sites.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize service calls.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial laundry equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on commercial laundry systems.
• Read and interpret manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics to resolve issues.
• Communicate repair status and explanations professionally to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts inventory, and work orders.
• Order and manage replacement parts to complete repairs on schedule.
• Travel to customer locations for on-site installations and repairs across MN, ND, SD, IA, WI.
