SAM Service, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Service Technician (Hot & Cold Side) to diagnose and repair commercial kitchen, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment. You’ll start from home in a fully equipped company vehicle and work in a hands-on, service-focused environment.

This full-time, in-person role uses an iPad for work orders and emphasizes professional communication with customers and manufacturers. A valid driver’s license and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment maintenance or repair is required.
• Refrigeration/HVAC experience and EPA certification preferred but not required.
• Strong technical and electrical skills; able to read wiring diagrams and manuals.
• Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and other tech tools.
• Willingness to work overtime and participate in rotating on-call schedule.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and participate in random testing.
• Curious mind and willingness to learn.
