Job summary

General Parts is hiring a Field Service Technician to repair and maintain commercial kitchen equipment in schools, healthcare facilities and restaurants across the service area. The role offers a company vehicle dispatched from home, ongoing training, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO and 401(k) match.

Pay ranges from $20 to $45 per hour depending on experience, with opportunities for overtime, sign-on bonuses, and career advancement through CFESA certification and continued

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience, education, or military training preferred.
• EPA certification (for refrigeration techs) is a must or in-progress.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting safety standards.
• Completion of background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment.
• Provide service solutions for gas, electric, and steam systems.
• Order and install replacement parts.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations.
