Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Supervisory role in Milwaukee to guide field service operations and drive KPI targets. You will lead, coach, and develop a team while coordinating with customers and sales to resolve issues from a supervisory level.

The position requires a mix of education and leadership experience, with preferred certifications in electrical or vocational fields. A comprehensive benefits package is provided as part of Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 6 to 8+ years of specific experience and 2 to 3+ years of leadership experience
• Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Delivers the company’s field service vision while identifying, sharing, and implementing best practices to ensure KPI targets are defined, and goals are met
• Coach, motivate and develop team members while leading productivity improvement of team
• Act as a liaison with customers and sales teams to respond to issues from a supervisor level
