Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking a field service Supervisor in Milwaukee to lead a full-time team, drive KPI attainment, coach staff, and coordinate with sales to resolve issues.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with leadership experience; alternative pathways include substantial experience with related leadership roles. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K match, PTO, and education reimbursement.

• Bachelor's Degree with 3–5 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 6–8+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
