Job summary

FloWorks is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead field teams, oversee installations, repairs, and maintenance of industrial valve equipment, and provide hands-on technical support. You will interpret blueprints and work with electric and pneumatic actuators and valves to ensure optimal performance.

Travel up to 50% is required; you will mentor crew members, develop training, document inspections, and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• 4 years of experience in area of responsibility recommended.
• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing.
• Regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort (dust, fumes, odors).
• Must be able to stand or walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Overnight travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams and oversee installations, repairs, and maintenance of industrial valve equipment.
• Provide technical support to customers and troubleshoot equipment.
• Interpret blueprints and assess repair methods for valves and actuators.
• Complete documentation such as JSA and inspections.
