Clean Harbors in Poca, WV is seeking a Field Service Foreman to join our safety conscious team. This role supervises Field Technicians, oversees emergency response and waste cleanup projects, and ensures compliance with OSHA and EPA standards while coordinating resources.

The Foreman will lead a crew, monitor progress, train technicians, and ensure work is completed on time and within budget. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required; on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a physically intensive role.
• Previous supervisory, crew lead or leadership experience.
• Ability to travel for extended periods, overnight.
• On-call for emergency response.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Will undergo a background check, drug test and medical/physical as required by position.
• Compliance with OSHA Respiratory Protection standard per 29 CFR 1910.34.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Field Technicians and ensure health and safety.
• Train and mentor technicians and oversee project execution.
• Manage projects within budget and on time; coordinate resources.
• Enforce OSHA, EPA and H&S standards and regulations.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment and field service and emergency response activities.
• Assist in field sampling activities and calibration of meters.
• Complete paperwork, inspections, and permits; maintain compliance.
