Clean Harbors in Poca, WV is seeking a Field Service Foreman to supervise Field Technicians and oversee emergency response, hazardous waste cleanup, site remediation, and equipment decontamination. You will ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and safety standards are followed daily.

Responsibilities include training crews, managing projects within budget and schedule, coordinating manpower and resources, and being on-call for emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field technicians.
• Ability to travel for extended periods and be on-call for emergencies.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe manner.
• Train and mentor the Field Service Technicians
• Execute projects within budget and on time
• Enforce OSHA, EPA and H&S standards
• Coordinate manpower, equipment and resources for field service and emergency response
• Manage large field service and emergency response projects
• Operate and handle PPE and equipment safely
• Attend compliance and safety update meetings
• Climb ladders and work from elevated positions
• Complete associated paperwork and permits
• Safely operate vehicles per DOT and regulations
• Be on-call for emergency response on rotating basis
• Perform site-remediation and handling of hazardous materials
