TOKYO ELECTRON AMERICA, INC. is seeking a Field Service/Start-Up Engineer II to provide on-site technical support, installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance for complex equipment. You will document all service activities and collaborate with engineering and QA teams to drive improvements.
You must be able to travel frequently to customer sites, communicate clearly, and train customers on safe operation and basic troubleshooting while upholding safety and quality standards.
Job Summary:
Under moderate supervision, the primary responsibility is to provide technical support and on-site services to customers. The Field Service/Start-Up Engineer II is expected to perform equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance in a professional, efficient, and timely manner.
