Job summary

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC seeks a Field Service Representative II to supervise CLS operations for the Joint Portal Shield system at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. You will lead a small team through daily system maintenance, supply management, and repairs to ensure mission readiness.

The role requires a veteran level of experience with force protection systems, electronics repair, and Maximo usage, along with the ability to travel as needed and obtain an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience using Maximo maintenance software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a small team performing CLS operations for JPS systems.
• Oversee daily operation, maintenance, and supply support for JPS.
• Lead maintenance actions and system upgrades to replace obsolete parts.
• Supervise installation, testing, preventive maintenance, and repair of electronics equipment.
• Manage spares and寿 LRUs/SRUs; oversee software upgrades and IA patching.
• Coordinate field testing and support for system upgrades and contingencies.
• Maintain records for CLS operations, parts, work orders, and training.
• Interface with the CBRNE response cell and sustain customer relations during emergencies.

The Field Service Representative (FSR) II will supervise a team performing operation, maintenance, and supply support for the Joint Portal Shield (JPS) Systems.This job position is located in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri and supports the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD) requirement for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) services.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Supervise small team performing Contract Logistics Support (CLS) operations.Supervise daily operation, maintenance, and supply support for the Joint Portal Shield System.Supervise and perform and support all required maintenance actions (i.e., Operator’s, Field Level maintenance, and Sustainment Level maintenance to maintain the Joint Portal Shield).Supervise and operate the JPS in a contingency, expanded Threat Condition (THREATCON) Delta role when notified by the Government, usually during exercises, VIP visits or events, or increased threat readiness levels.Supervise and perform system modifications and upgrades to replace obsolete parts, including all routine, urgent, and emergency Modification Work Orders (MWOs).Supervise and perform installation, test, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electronics equipment.Supervise repairs parts stockage of LRUs, SRUs, and repair parts to support daily operations and preventative maintenance.Supervise and perform software upgrades and application of IA security patches.
