On Q Property Management is seeking a dedicated Field Service Representative for our Round Rock, TX team. This full-time role involves driving a company vehicle, documenting inspections, and coordinating with internal departments to support clients.

You will be the eyes and ears of the company, delivering precise notes and exceptional customer service while adapting quickly to our technology and processes. Daily office reporting fosters collaboration and a shared culture of ownership.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service mindset.
• Amazing attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to new technology, software, and systems swiftly.
• Experience in a customer service, coordination, or dispatch role.

Responsibilities

• Drive an On Q logo-wrapped vehicle up to 75% of working hours.
• Maintain a clean interior and exterior of the company vehicle.
• Efficiently operate systems to document inspections.
• Take extremely detailed notes.
• Communicate efficiently with other departments.
• Provide superb customer service in client interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
