Job summary

On Q Property Management is seeking a Field Service Representative in Round Rock, TX. This full-time role requires reporting to the office daily to maximize collaboration and support several internal departments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to new technology and systems. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive an On Q logo-wrapped vehicle for up to 75% of working hours.
• Maintain a clean interior and exterior of a company-provided vehicle.
• Efficiently operate our systems and applications to document inspections.
• Take extremely detailed notes.
• Communicate efficiently and effectively to other departments.
• Provide superb customer service in interactions with Clients.
• Other duties as assigned.
