Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Field Service Product Specialist to act as the technical heart of the Field Service sales motion. You will own the technical vision from discovery to close, build customer champions, and drive Agentforce-powered deployments at scale.

Expect to lead demonstrations, craft solution architectures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to win enterprise deals while traveling up to 25–50% of the time.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise software pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical architecture.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service or equivalent field service platform.
• Proven ability to architect end-to-end solution designs for enterprise deployments.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions and translating requirements into roadmaps.
• Strong executive presence for demos to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• Ability to manage technical due diligence and risk in complex deals.
• Familiarity with integration technologies (APIs, middleware, IoT); willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical sales motions from discovery to deal close.
• Deliver executive-level product demonstrations and architecture reviews.
• Conduct technical design sessions aligning to customer objectives.
• Perform hands-on proof of concepts with Field Service, Agentforce, and mobility features.
• Translate business requirements into architectures and roadmaps delivering measurable outcomes.
• Drive customer adoption and usage growth post-sale with Customer Success teams.
• Collaborate with AEs, CSMs, Product, and Professional Services for seamless journeys.
• Provide competitive intelligence and articulate Salesforce advantages.
