Job summary

Auto-Chlor System in New York seeks an on-site Service & Sales Technician blending hands-on maintenance with account management. Learn preventative maintenance, repair, product delivery, invoicing, and on-site training.

You will build strong customer relationships, support sales opportunities, and participate in an on-call rotation. Mon–Fri 7:30am–4:30pm with possible overtime; full medical, dental, and vision benefits; 401(k) + profit sharing; PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude — able to learn equipment, diagnose issues and fix problems.
• Sales mindset — identify growth opportunities and build trust.
• High accountability, reliability, and pride in work.
• Valid driver’s license for at least three years.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance & repair to our commercial dishwashing machines.
• Product delivery and inventory management of the cleaning chemicals we provide to restaurants.
• Invoicing, receiving payments, upselling, and on-site training.
• Build strong customer relationships that lead to loyalty and new sales opportunities.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service needs.
