Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Customer Service Representative & Technician to join our Concord team. You’ll work directly with customers, manage accounts, deliver products, and provide dependable service across the region.

This role includes hands-on maintenance, equipment knowledge, and on-call support. We provide paid training, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits as you build a long-term career with us.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Mechanical aptitude and hand tools experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule
• Participate in an on-call rotation
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position
• Extensive paid training provided by Auto-Chlor

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with assigned customers and provide responsive, dependable service
• Manage customer accounts and identify opportunities to grow relationships
• Deliver chemicals, supplies, and other products directly to customers
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on commercial equipment
• Learn equipment installation and refurbishing through hands-on cross-training
• Identify customer needs and recommend additional products or services
