Auto-Chlor System is seeking a Service and Sales Technician Trainee to support on-site service, maintenance, and account management for commercial dishwashing equipment in Chicago, IL. The role blends hands-on mechanical work with customer interaction and sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude — comfortable learning equipment, diagnosing issues, and fixing problems.
• Sales mindset — able to identify growth opportunities and build trust.
• High accountability, reliability, and pride in work.
• Valid driver’s license for at least three years.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance & repair to our commercial dishwashing machines.
• Product delivery and inventory management of the cleaning chemicals we provide to restaurants.
• Invoicing, receiving payments, upselling, and on-site training.
• Build strong customer relationships that lead to loyalty and new sales opportunities.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service needs.
