Job summary

Magid Glove & Safety is seeking a part-time Field Service Representative to stock PPE vending machines across three campuses and ensure products are organized and available. You will work roughly 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a flexible daytime schedule and minimal supervision, building strong relationships with on-site contacts while performing light maintenance and inventory tasks.

As a Field Service Representative (FSR), you'll help ensure employees have the safety equipment they need by keeping our customer vending machines stocked, organized, and running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Schedule

his position supports one customer across three campuses and requires approximately 20 hours per week, with service scheduled Monday through Friday, approximately 4 hours per day.

The role supports 25 PPE vending machines, so regular walking between machines and across the three campuses is required. Schedule and service locations may vary based on customer needs.

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Personal smartphone
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in manufacturing environments that may be noisy or have varying temperatures
• Flexibility to provide on-call support for emergency maintenance and repairs

Safety Requirements

• Mandatory PPE is required at customer locations. Magid will provide the required PPE.
• Must follow all customer-specific safety procedures and site requirements.
