Central Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative - Electrical in Littleton, CO to perform on-site service and support for electrical equipment across multiple projects.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, electrical safety, and communication skills, with a mix of field work and reporting responsibilities. Travel and variable hours are expected in a demanding field environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED plus 2 years electrical or mechanical industry experience; or accredited trade school/program plus 5+ years servicing electrical distribution or control systems
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (now or in the future)
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain/maintain a valid TWIC card and DOT non-CDL qualification (if required)
• Willingness to travel within district/state/region; variable hours including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical solutions directly to customers on-site
• Handle complex engineering assignments including equipment/product design, testing, process studies, and research investigations
• Apply expertise in: Test Equipment Operation, Troubleshooting, Protective Relays, Power Quality Measurements, Disaster Recovery, Rotating Machinery, and Protection & Control Design
• Generate timely, accurate service reports covering work performed, product performance, and warranties

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of 3-phase power systems; low, medium, and high voltage distribution
• Electrical safety practices
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Strong computer, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills
• Effective communicator — able to explain technical issues to varied audiences
• Works well under time pressure and in stressful field environments
• Collaborative team player who meets project deadlines

Work Conditions / Requirements:

• Variable hours including nights and weekends; travel within district/state/region as required
• Physically demanding role: lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs regularly; occasionally greater with assistance
• Exposure to extreme weather, noise, poor lighting/ventilation, and dust possible
• Must comply with client safety programs and pass periodic background/drug screenings
