Veolia is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to deliver on-site technical service as the primary liaison between Veolia and industrial customers. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems, building lasting customer relationships through technical excellence.

You will commute daily, work independently, and support one site within your territory while coordinating with the account manager and sales team to ensure top-quality

Qualifications

• Technical degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years in instrumentation, electronics, or related technical fields.
• Willingness to travel and operate in various industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation at customer sites.
• Provide expert recommendations, training, and solutions to customer teams per contract.
• Perform water analysis, calibrations, preventive maintenance, and remote/on-site issue resolution.
• Maintain service reports, inventory, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Coordinate with account managers and sales teams to optimize service delivery in the territory.

Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Field Service Representative (FSR) to deliver exceptional on-site technical service as the primary technical liaison between Veolia and our industrial customers. You'll commute daily and work independently across diverse industries , providing expert installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems while building lasting customer relationships through technical excellence.

What You'll Do

• Technical Service & Installation: Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer site
• Customer Consultation: Act as technical consultant providing expert recommendations, training, and solutions to customer management and technical teams per contract language
• System Optimization & Troubleshooting: Perform water analysis, calibrate equipment, program controllers, conduct preventative maintenance, and diagnose/resolve system issues through remote support technologies and on-site interventions
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed service reports, inventory management, and ensure all safety protocols are followed
• Territory Management: Support one site and provide superior communication with account manager within assigned territory, coordinating with sales teams for optimal service delivery.

What We're Looking For
Education & Experience:

• Technical degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline preferred, a high school diploma or GED is required.
• 2-5 years of experience in instrumentation & electronics, plant operations/maintenance, or equivalent technical training.
• Familiarity with water treatment processes and industrial equipment preferred
• A full valid driver's license and willingness to travel (a learner's permit or G1/G2 class will not qualify)
