Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide operations and maintenance on water treatment systems for diverse industries. This role covers media filtration, reverse osmosis (RO), and ultrafiltration (UF) technologies to ensure reliable performance and contract compliance.

You will perform maintenance, calibrations, monitor equipment, and create detailed site reports while coordinating with Veolia teams. Willingness to travel within NAM and respond after hours is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification OR international equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience of service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Technical certificate in maintenance.
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM).

Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance and calibration activities.
• Consult with Veolia management and operations teams.
• Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance.
• Create and maintain site paperwork and detailed technical summaries of work performed.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals and replacement parts.
• Travel within NAM for training and respond after hours and weekends.

Job Description

Job Summary
As a Field Service Representative, you'll be on the front lines providing operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems for one of our customers from one of a variety of industries. This mission-critical role involves working on a variety of technologies, including media filtration, reverse osmosis (RO), and ultrafiltration (UF).

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct maintenance and calibration activities
• Consult with Veolia management and operations teams
• Excellent mechanical know-how and problem-solving skills
• Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications
• Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance
• Create and maintain site paperwork and detailed technical summaries of work performed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems and perform analytical testing such as: turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, SDI, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements
• Other duties as assigned

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teams

Education & Experience:

Required

• High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification OR international equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience of service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment
• Valid Driver's License

Preferred

• Technical certificate in maintenance
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM)

Working Conditions:

• Ability to travel within NAM as required for training, etc. (This is a minimal travel role)
• Ability to respond after hours and weekends
• Conditions can be outside, in a trailer using our fleet assets, or at a fixed location
