Job summary

Veolia Group seeks a Dispatch Field Service Representative to provide operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems across industries. You’ll work on filtration, RO, IX and UF technologies, ensuring performance and contract compliance.

This front-line role requires strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, with 2+ years in industrial settings. Expect travel around 10% and opportunities to support sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ service/maintenance in an industrial environment.
• Electrical, chemical, and/or mechanical experience.
• Current TWIC Card required; ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment.
• Create and maintain site paperwork and provide technical summaries.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and monitor chemical injection systems.
• Perform analytical testing (e.g., turbidity, pH, chlorine) and other site tests.
• Enter and complete work orders in MaintainX; support site operations.

Job Description

Job Summary:
As a Dispatch Field Service Representative, you’ll be on the front lines providing operations and maintenanceexpertise on water treatment systems for one of our customers from one of a variety of industries. Thismission critical role involves working on a variety of technologies including, media filtration, wastewater,softening, reverse osmosis (RO), ion exchange (IX), de-oxygenation, electro deionization, andultrafiltration (UF).

Key Characteristics

• Conduct maintenance and calibration activities
• Consult with customer management and operation teams
• Excellent mechanical know how and problem-solving skills
• Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications
• Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance

Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, aircompressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation
• Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summariesof work performed
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement partsMonitor and maintain chemical injection systems
• Perform analytical testing such as: turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, inaddition to various other site-specific testing requirements
• Enter and complete work orders in Maintenance Program (MaintainX)
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Required

• 2 years of experience in Industrial, oil field, refineries, chemical plants
• Electrical, chemical, and/or mechanical experience
• Able to lift 50lbs

Preferred Skill

Qualifications

Education & Experience
Required:

• High School Diploma/GED/Home School Certification OR international equivalent
• 2+ years’experience of service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment
• Current TWIC Card is required
• Current Driver’s License

Preferred (if applicable):

• Bachelor or Associates Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or technical certificate inInstrumentation, electrical, mechanical

Working Conditions

• 10% travel (training/other site visits)
• Working with chemicals for water treatment
