Veolia Group in Orlando seeks a Field Service Representative to provide operations and maintenance on water treatment systems for diverse industrial customers, covering media filtration, RO, ion exchange, UF and related technologies.

The role requires hands-on electrical, chemical, and mechanical experience, a current TWIC card and valid driver's license, with travel up to 5% and a focus on safety, quality, and contract compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or international equivalent; 2+ years in service/maintenance in an industrial setting.
• Current TWIC Card and valid driver’s license.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Associate in Science/Engineering or equivalent certificate.
• Experience in electrical, chemical, or mechanical disciplines is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance and calibration activities
• Consult with customer management
• Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications
• Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and controls on equipment
• Create and maintain site paperwork with detailed technical summaries
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems
• Perform analytical testing such as turbidity, pH, chlorine, and others
• Enter and complete work orders in MaintainX
• Other duties as assigned

Job Summary:
As a Field Service Representative, you’ll be on the front lines providing operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems for one of our customers from one of a variety of industries. This mission-critical role involves working on a variety of technologies, including media filtration, wastewater, softening, reverse osmosis (RO), ion exchange (IX), deoxygenation, electro-deionization, and ultrafiltration (UF).

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct maintenance and calibration activities
• Consult with customer management and operation teams
• Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications
• Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance
• Carry out mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation
• Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems
• Perform analytical testing such as: turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements
• Enter and completework ordersin Maintenance Program (MaintainX)
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Required

• 2 years of experience in Industrial, oilfield, refinery, or chemical plants
• Electrical, chemical, and/ormechanical experience
• Excellent mechanical know-how and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skill

Education & Experience:

Required

• High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification OR international equivalent; 2+ years’ experience in service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment
• Current TWIC Card
• Current Driver’s License

Preferred

Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or technical certificate in Instrumentation, electrical, mechanical

Working Conditions:

• 5% travel (training/other site visits)
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Working with hot, dirty, loud, moving equipment
• Working with chemicals for water treatment
