Veolia Group is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to deliver on-site technical service for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems. You will serve as the primary technical liaison between Veolia and industrial customers, performing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across diverse industries.

You will obtain water samples, conduct analyses, and provide expert recommendations while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in instrumentation & electronics, plant operations/maintenance, or equivalent training.
• Valid driver’s license required.

• Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation at customer sites.
• Obtain water samples and perform tests (pH, conductivity, hardness, silica, PTSA) and enter data.
• Provide technical consultation, training, and solutions to customer teams.
• Calibrate equipment, program controllers, perform preventative maintenance, and diagnose issues on-site or remotely.
• Maintain detailed service reports, inventory, and safety compliance.
• Support multiple customer sites within the territory and coordinate with sales for service delivery.

About This Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Field Service Representative (FSR) to deliver exceptional on-site technical service as the primary technical liaison between Veolia and our industrial customers. You'll work independently across diverse industries, providing expert installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems while building lasting customer relationships through technical excellence.Join Veolia as a Field Service Representative in our Chemical Solutions and Monitoring (CSM) division and advance your career in hands‑on technical service and sustainability!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Technical Service & Installation
  • Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer locations
• Water Testing and Analysis
  • Obtain samples and perform water testing to include pH, conductivity, hardness, silica, PTSA, etc and enter data into Veolia’s trending platform (Insight)
• Customer Consultation
  • Act as technical consultant providing expert recommendations, training, and solutions to customer management and technical teams
• System Optimization & Troubleshooting
  • Perform water analysis, calibrate equipment, program controllers, conduct preventative maintenance, and diagnose/resolve system issues through remote support technologies and on‑site interventions
• Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain detailed service reports, inventory management, and ensure all safety protocols are followed
• Territory Management
  • Support multiple customer sites within assigned territory, coordinating with sales teams for optimal service delivery

• Strong troubleshooting abilities for electrical and mechanical systems

Education & Experience:

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in instrumentation & electronics, plant operations/maintenance, or equivalent technical training
• A valid driver's license(a learner's permit or G1/G2 class will not qualify)

Preferred

• Technical degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
• Familiarity/experience with water treatment processes and industrial equipment

Working Conditions:

• In this role, you may be required to travel
• You must be ableto lift and carry 30-50 pounds and perform precision work (frequency varies by worksite)
