Job summary

General Dynamics - IT is seeking a FIELD TECHNICIAN III to support mission-critical C5ISR systems and software for Army programs. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining DCGS-A, JADOCS, JBC-P, MMC-S, SASMO, AFATDS, and BFT-A in diverse environments.

Candidates should have an AA degree with 3–5 years of related experience and CompTIA Security+ CE certification. US passport for OCONUS assignments and ability to deploy are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with DCGS-A, JADOCS, JBC-P, MMC-S, SASMO, AFATDS, and BFT-A.
• CompTIA Security+ CE certification required.

Responsibilities

FIELD TECHNICIAN III This is a pipelining requisition for future opportunities. Software Support Representative (SSR Make an impact. GDIT has exciting opportunities for Software Support Representatives supporting mission‑critical programs installing, configuring, and maintaining C5ISR systems in support of the Army Software & Innovation Center to help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter for the Warfighter.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Demonstrated experience with tools/systems as mentioned.
• AA degree and 3-5 years of experience. (will consider other combinations of education, experience and certifications).
• CompTIA Security + CE Certification
• Ability to obtain and maintain medical fitness to deploy.
• Active US Passport for OCONUS positions
• Ability to work extended week in austere environments
