Daniels Health in Royal Oak, MI is seeking a full-time Field Service Representative to support hospitals across Michigan with critical medical waste services. This is a hands-on, active role—not a desk job—and you’ll be on your feet, lifting, and moving containers throughout the shift.

You will work with hospital staff to exchange containers, service equipment, and maintain inventory, using a company smartphone to report issues and stay coordinated.

Qualifications

• Must be physically capable and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with active, on-the-go work.
• Willing to travel throughout Michigan.
• COVID-19 vaccination required due to hospital access.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work M-F with variable hours.
• Strong attention to paperwork and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interact with hospital staff to ensure safe medical waste container exchanges.
• Inspect and service Daniels Health containers in clinical areas.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull carts up to 300 lbs.
• Maintain inventory and keep areas stocked and organized.
• Use company-provided smartphone to manage tasks and report issues.
• Keep staging areas clean and represent Daniels Health professionally.
