Job summary

Rug Doctor by BISSELL in the United States is seeking a full-time Area Service Representative to deliver products and service displays while delivering superb customer service to retail accounts.

The ASR ensures clean, stocked displays across routes, inspects and services rental machines, and participates in new process improvements, aligning with Rug Doctor's mission.

Ideal candidates are independent, motivated, and ready to manage a busy field role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Meet physical requirements: bend, stoop, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in different climates.
• Full-time, 38–40 hours, Monday–Friday, Saturday as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products and service rental displays at multiple retail locations.
• Maintain and stock rental displays, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
• Inspect, clean and service rental machines on route.
• Provide superior customer service to established retail accounts.
