Job summary

OPW Clean Energy Solutions, based in Allentown, PA, seeks a Project Manager to drive successful field service project execution. You will support schedules, maintain calendars in Outlook, and coordinate materials with vendors, customers, and contractors.

The role requires an Associate’s degree or relevant admin experience, 1–3 years in office settings, and strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience in office or administrative settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Field Project manager with field service project schedules and maintaining Dept calendar in Outlook.
• Assist with data entry into ERP, CRM, and quoting systems; input quotes, estimates and BOMs.
• Process vendor purchase orders and customer orders; assist accounting in invoicing.
• Coordinate field service materials and jobs; problem-solve project issues with vendors, customers, contractors.
• Maintain training and compliance records.

Inputs quotes, estimates, and BOM’s. Processes vendor purchase orders and customer orders.
