Job summary

MC Machinery Systems, Inc. is seeking a Press Brake Service Technician to diagnose and repair Mitsubishi machinery at customer sites across the US and Canada.

You will diagnose complex issues, test repairs, and communicate clearly with clients while traveling Monday through Friday and staying in hotels near customer facilities. Ideal candidates have prior experience in mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, familiarity with measuring instruments, and a technical degree.

Qualifications

• Associates or technical degree preferred.
• Experience with electrical measurement and inspection techniques.
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical problems.
• Experience in mechanical measurement and inspection techniques.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to diagnose complex technical problems and perform on-site repair.
• Examine machines mechanically and electrically to perform repairs by dismantling and rebuilding.
• Diagnose technical problems and troubleshoot via telephone.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers.
• Interpret schematics and block diagrams to analyze and troubleshoot problems.
• Document in detail product problems and resolutions.
