Job summary

Lam Research is seeking an experienced manager to lead cross-functional technical and administrative support activities at client sites. You will coordinate installation, repair, preventive maintenance, and engineering changes, while scheduling responses to critical situations and communicating with design teams to resolve issues.

The role requires 6–8 years of management experience and a bachelor’s degree or higher; an advanced degree is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6-8 years of management experience.
• An advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs the coordination of technical and administrative support activities including installation, repair, preventive maintenance and engineering change upgrades to be performed at client sites.
• Schedules personnel responding to critical situations.
• Maintains communication with design management and specialists in resolving technical problems and/or bringing problems to the design department’s attention.
• Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
