Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4-6 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs coordination of technical and administrative support activities at client sites, including installation, repair, preventive maintenance and upgrades.
• Schedules personnel responding to critical situations and ensures records are up to date.
• Maintains communication with design management and specialists to resolve problems and inform design decisions.
• Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.
