• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for project support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate field service projects, from small crews to large customer installations and repairs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, field personnel, engineering, and operations teams.
• Manage project execution to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and compliance requirements are met.
• Oversee field reporting, documentation, equipment readiness, and operational planning.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with shop operations as needed.
