Qualifications

• Lead installation crews and coordinate field work.
• Verify materials, tools, equipment, access, and site readiness.
• Monitor productivity and adjust manpower when needed.
• Train installers and enforce quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate installation crews across multiple projects.
• Assign and organize daily field work and ensure scope understanding.
• Communicate with superintendents, project managers, customers and other trades.
• Verify completed work before crews leave the site and document field conditions.
• Help manage punch, warranty, and service work.
