Job summary

MAS is seeking a Service Coordinator to act as the operational hub of the MAS Field Service organization in Kentucky. The role coordinates service activities, manages work orders, schedules field technicians, and supports customer communications and billing.

The position requires 3+ years in related roles, travel up to 15%, and experience with electrical power equipment and switchgear systems. The role emphasizes accurate documentation and collaboration with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in service coordination, scheduling, dispatching, or related roles in industrial settings.
• Experience coordinating field personnel and travel logistics preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 15% to US/Canada locations.
• Familiarity with electrical power equipment and switchgear systems.
• Proficient with Work order management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and process incoming service requests.
• Create and maintain service work orders in company systems.
• Schedule and dispatch field service technicians for various activities.
• Coordinate travel, lodging, and transportation for technicians.
• Ensure accurate service documentation and billing support.
• Generate service activity and performance reports.
• Support service contract administration and renewal tracking.
• Act as primary contact for service scheduling and customer updates.
• Review completed work orders for billing readiness.
