Job summary

Tyree Oil is seeking a Field Service Mechanic in Spokane, WA to diagnose, repair, and service vehicles and equipment in the field, in the shop, or at customer locations. You will remove, install, and repair components, perform failure analysis, and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, transmissions, and electronic systems.

The role requires 3+ years of mechanical repair experience, a High School Diploma or GED, strong customer service, and frequent travel within the service territory (overnight

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated mechanical repair experience with vehicles, heavy equipment, generators, or similar equipment.
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to diagnose electrical, hydraulic, transmission, and electronic/computer-controlled systems.
• Strong work ethic, customer-service orientation, independence, and reliable communication.

Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose, repair, and service vehicles and equipment in the field, shop, and at customer locations.
• Remove, install, repair, and evaluate mechanical components including performing failure analysis.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, transmission, and electronic/computer systems.
• Provide professional, customer-focused service and communicate effectively with customers.
• Safely operate and care for a company-provided service vehicle and tools.
• Travel frequently within the service territory; overnight stays may be required.
